ELDEX Asia is free to attend. However, all visitors, including consumers and end-users, need to register before attending. If you register at the show, there will be an onsite registration administration fee of S$10 including GST. We strongly encourage all our visitors to register before attending the event. Registration is done online.

Yes. Our registration vendor will print off your trade visitor badge at the venue.

Please note that for consumers and end-users attending the event on 27 - 28 October 2022 will not receive any badges. This reduces wastage and is a more sustainable practice. Consumers and end-users will be admitted through a unique barcode or QR code that will be transmitted to them individually via their mobile devices. In the event the mobile devices are unable to receive such codes, we will print a special admission badge.

Yes. Admission to the medical conference is free when you provide a valid ID (e.g. MCR for doctors) to confirm your profession as a doctor, nurse or allied health professional such as nutritionist, dietician, therapist (physio, speech, occupational among others).

We welcome caregivers to attend the medical conference too. However, there will be a charge of S$50 for a half-day session and S$80 for the full-day session.

Please register for the medical conference as soon as registration comes online as seats are limited.

If you are a nationality of one of the following countries, please approach our official travel agent, Global Travel, for help with an invitation letter. Please understand that only the relevant Singapore Government agency has the authority to issue the visa. A letter of invitation unfortunately does not guarantee a visa.

There are many options for the venue as it is centrally and conveniently located. If you choose to drive, there is ample parking at the venue. If you opt for public transport, taxi and private hire car drivers should be familiar with the venue. There are many bus options. Esplanade MRT station on the Circle line. There are two other nearby stations: Promenade MRT station served by the Circle line; and City Hall MRT station served by the North-South and East-West lines.

Yes, but only on 27 - 28 October 2022.

Yes. The venue provides complimentary WiFi. Please note you may experience some bandwidth issues when there are many users.

Floor plans will be readily available. We plan for adequate signages at the Event. Our friendly service ambassadors will also be onsite to render any assistance you may need.
